Biography

Andon Simeonov is the General Manager of SoftServe Bulgaria and the first employee of the Bulgarian branch. He has over 25 years of experience in managing people and projects in a dynamic and changing environment, having held a number of senior positions in the telecommunications sector, including companies such as Megalan, Mnetwork and Mobiltel, currently A1. Andon has a master's degree in telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia, a Global Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Business and Economics, a master's degree in economics and business administration from the University of Minnesota. He is a leader of the WU Executive Alumni community in Bulgaria, as well as a mentor at the Founder Institute (One of the worlds biggest startup launch programs). In the past couple of years, he has driven the relocation policy of the company to the region of Burgas by relocating more than 80 specialists in the IT sphere
