Biography

Lyubomir Tulev is highly qualified cyber security professional with over 13 years of experience in Bulgarian law enforcement and business. He holds numerous international cyber security and information protection certificates like Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), EC Council Certified Security Specialist (ECSS), Advanced Penetration Testing, CRISC – Risk Information Security Management, Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), IBM Resilient SOAR, IBM Cloud Pak for Security Certified, IBM Qradar SIEM, etc.

Lyubomir Tulev is Director Managed Security Services at DIGITALL. He drives the cyber security services business of the company on a global scale and manages a team of more than 60 certified cyber security engineers, architects, and consultants.

Lyubomir is an instructor at the EC Council, leading regular trainings such as CCISO, CEH, ECSS, CHFI, ECSA, CEI, CISSP, Mobile Security, Social Engineering Penetration Testing, as well as other custom trainings for cyber professionals in Bulgaria, Europe and around the globe. He has over 100 trained students among the US Army, National Band of Lebanon, Lebanese Army, National Railway Station of UK, National Bank of Czech Republic, etc. He is also an active member and trainer at International Cybercrime Investigations Training Academy, delivering trainings to prosecutors, judges and police officers.

In 2010, he started his career as a police investigator at Bulgarian Cyber Crime Department. Active international law enforcement policy maker, Lyubomir Tulev has worked with agencies like FBI, Interpol and Europol. He has also been the contact point for Facebook, Google and Skype for Bulgaria for over 7 years.
