Tsvetan Smardanski –Technology Manager and Site Lead with more than 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Tsvetan has worked from the most basic level of IT support to a manager of a whole technological department, He’ve seen better, bad and worse. Most of that time he’ve spent working with teams from far far away.
